Nottinghamshire rescue, Jerry Green Dog Rescue in Blidworth are encouraging people to come along to their fundraising Open Day this Sunday 28th to meet dogs such as Jimmy, pictured below, who was left tied to their gates at the end of May in a terrible state.
He has undergone veterinary treatment which is nearly complete. He’s looking for a loving new forever home, he gets on well with children and other dogs so will make an ideal companion for Nottinghamshire family home. Jerry Green Animal Rescue’s Open Day starts at 11.30am and will incorporate two main events in one; a fantastic Fun dog show and their ‘Stepping stone to a new home’ appeal helping them to fund a new centre meaning the centre will have an up to date approach on canine welfare and ultimately be able to help more dogs.
